Everyone should be able to see all their email and folders now in the new webmail. ¬†If you can’t, please email me.
I’m hearing from folks who can’t check mail with email programs like Outlook and Thunderbird. ¬†Here are a few things to check:
- Make sure you have your incoming mail server set to mail.christian.net¬†and not simply christian.net
- Make sure you are using your full christian.net address as the username. ¬†For example, I would use firstname.lastname@example.org¬†and not simply mark. ¬†It should be all lower case.
- Remember the password is case sensitive.
