Topics of discussion will include but not be limited to: Denomination news (on a Synod-wide, Presbytery, or local congregational level); Issues of interest in or to the denomination (such as local and world evangelism, discipleship, youth ministry, etc.); History of the denomination (as it relates to current issues - it is not a genealogy discussion list!); Theology as it relates to current issues in the denomination (discussions of general theology not related to the denomination can be better conducted on other lists dedicated to Reformed theology in general); Announcements of resources on the Internet of interest to the Christian faith or of general interest.

PRESBYTERIANS-QA [new 10/96]
Mail: hub@xc.org

Desc: The primary purpose of the QA conference is to field questions and answers regarding practical theology as it is applied to our daily lives, where the rubber meets the road so to speak. A question to this conference will hopefully return answers that aren't hedged in theological words or just theory, but the sharing of the practical application of our Reformed faith by those who have gone before us. There are few if any unique questions. Sharing of experience may save some struggle and hardships that can be avoided, without compromising our faith. The vision for this conference is the donut shop atmosphere, but it is Bring Your Own Donuts... Everyone is asked to remember who they are (like we need reminding :) and show the love and respect due our family in Christ. The conference hosts members from several different denominations or lack of same, but all share the Reformed Presbyterian faith.
