God’s word teaches us to be courageous in spite of our worries and in doing what is right. There are many bible verses about courage that teaches us the value of courage, and how we can find courage through the commitment to God’s promise of His counsel. But we all know how difficult it can be to do so. It takes courage to set aside our selfish desires to live out God’s word. With a prayer for courage, let’s lay down our petitions before Him – to do what is right, to fight fear with courage, and spread the good news of our Lord without any doubt in our hearts.

There is courage that comes in putting others before yourself. Let go of your pride and pray for others, because the Lord teaches us to be selfless at all times.

Fear can be crippling, but we can take comfort in knowing that God always has our back and will always be our greatest source of courage.

Lord Almighty, there is a fear that lingers in my heart despite my best efforts to fight against it. I know that I should not worry, as You are here to help me. Whether it’s to settle something or to bring them closer to their faith, ask the Lord for the courage you need in confrontations, as He will make things right in the end.

Change is scary, as it brings with it the unknown and unexpected. We must be courageous in accepting change because it also brings the goodness of Christ’s grace.
